La poliposi del colon predispone al cancro. Il controllo endoscopico è indispensabile, come si legge su GUT, in un lavoro di undici Autori olandesi.
Essi sottolineano la mancanza di un trattamento ottimale e di un corretto protocollo di monitoraggio. Il fatto che va qú sottolineato è che TUTTI i pazienti con Sindrome Poliposica Iperplastica o hyperplastic polyposis syndrome (HPS) sono considerati uguali.
In breve, gli Editori di GUT e gli 11 Autori olandesi di celebri Istituti di Medicina ignorano il Terreno Oncologico “e” il Reale Rischio Congenito di Cancro del Colon.
